User Transactions

Chrisvicmall shall not be responsible or liable for any of the transactions between you and any of our resellers or users. You must immediately notify Chrisvicmall of any fraudulent transaction, encountered with any of our resellers or users.

Account Termination

Your Chrisvicmall Membership may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Your membership or subscription shall automatically be terminated if you violate any of these restrictions.

Under no circumstances shall Chrisvicmall be held liable to any user, for any direct or indirect damages that may arise due to "downtime" and/or availability of the Site or the Site's systems.
Further, Chrisvicmall does not warrant, guaranty, or make any representations concerning the accuracy, timeliness, quality, availability, security, completeness, reliability,error-free, of the content, or any service provided.

Account Funding & Withdrawal

The default currency used on the Chrisvicmall platform is the US dollar. You can fund your Chrisvicmall account wallet using either Cryptocurrency, mobile money,  or bank transfer.

Using Cryptocurrency: When funding your account with Cryptocurrency, make sure that the transaction is done on the Chrisvicmall platform. Note that it takes between 30minutes to 72hours for your account to be credited.

Mobile Money: When funding your account through Mobile Money(momo), always make sure that you record the transaction id for future reference. No, that it takes 1 to 3days before your account will be credited.

Bank Transfer: Bank transfer account top-up takes 24 to 48hours before your account will be credited.

Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawal takes between 7 to 14 working days to be processed.

Fees and Services

Registration on ChrisvicMall is free. We do charge  3% for procurement service while shipping charges are based on the kg of the item. We may change our Fees and Credits Policy and the fees for our services from time to time. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our services at any time. In the event, we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and the Site and all applicable taxes. Chrisvicmall may from time to time review and change how members can access the site. Such changes will be posted on the site and shall become binding on all members upon its implementation.

Third-party Links & Advert Display

Chrisvicmall may provide links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Chrisvicmall is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Chrisvicmall shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Product Displayed on Chrisvicmall

Chrisvicmall is a procurement and shipping agent. Products being displayed on Chrisvicmall website are retrieved from third-party shopping platforms and are not directly sold by us. Thus, in case of any issue involved by the aforesaid products, all liabilities incurred shall be borne by the corresponding sellers on the third-party platform. Thus, we will not undertake any relevant, collateral, or joint liability.

Product content & price:  We cannot guarantee the accuracy of product information displayed on our website, including price, domestics shipping fee, and stock availability as well as the quality of the said product. All price of items does not include service fee & international shipping fee yet. 

Shipping Restrictions: We reserve the right to change or disallow certain international shipping methods for items that are prohibited due to certain conditions, including, but are not limited to their length, volume, weight, or if the product bears the logo of international brands. We shall not be held liable or responsible if the items you purchased cannot be delivered to you due to the operation of law or regulations or other factors beyond our reasonable control. You must comply with all customs laws and regulations and other applicable laws. You will be responsible if anything is imported into your destination country in contravention of such laws.

  • The estimated delivery period is not 100% guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances like flight delays, customs clearance, holidays, etc. The estimated time is based on the average delivery period over the past 3months. Please note that there will not be any refund of the shipping fee if an item is delayed.  Delays caused by unforeseeable factors such as bad weather, customs clearance are beyond the control of Chrisvicmall. 
  • For clients shipping to Nigeria or Ghana, note that items like cosmetics products, liquid products, and some electronics products extras additional custom fee.
  • There is no refund or compensation for fragile damaged products like glass products, liquid and ceramics products. If your item is a fragile product, please request additional protective material. Note that there is an additional price for protective material.
  • You are required to pick up your goods within 7 days of parcel arrival. Please note that any issue reported after 7 days of parcel arrival will not be honoured. Insurance coverage will also not be honoured.
  • The quality of the item you are purchasing cannot be guaranteed. We only deliver what we received.
  • Electronic products cannot be guaranteed to function exactly as you would like them to function. This is because it would be very difficult for us to test every aspect of the product.
  • During pickup, please cross check the parcel in our office before you leave the office. If you noticed any issue, please report it while you are still in our office. Any issue reported after you left the office cannot be accepted.
  • During pickup, cash payment is not allowed. Please make your payment at least 2hours ahead before coming for collection to avoid delay in releasing your parcel.
  • You are required to pick up your goods within 5days from the day it arrived at our office. After 5days, our system will start deducting demurrage from your account.
  • Understand that if you failed to pick your goods, they will be disposed of after 2 months.
